Nebraska Residents: Buyers are required to have their Nebraska Firearm. Purchase Card, Conceal Carry Permit or FFL License prior to receiving guns. If a buyer does not have one, the gun will be delivered to the office at 114 N Main St. Hooper, NE. and Stenvers Shooting Supply can run a NICS check at a cost of $15 per gun.
Out of State Buyers: Guns purchased by out of state buyers will be handled by a Dealer-to-Dealer Transfer unless they are a current FFL Holder.
