TERMS: This property will be sold as-is where-is the day of the auction. The sale is NOT contingent on financing. Please have all financial arrangements made prior to the auction. A 10% down payment will be due upon auction completion. These funds will be held by the Auctioneers in their trust account until transferred to closing agent. The balance will be due on or before April 8, 2025 by cash or cashier’s check. Title Insurance and closing costs to be shared equally between Buyer and Seller. If Buyer is unable to close Earnest Deposit will be forfeited. 2024 and prior taxes to be paid by seller. 2025 real estate taxes will be prorated at the date of closing.
